Everything is gluten-free and soy-free.
Gluten-containing products are never used in our facility. Butter is the only milk product used in our kitchen.
We can accommodate nut allergies for birthday cakes. Nuts are used in our facility, but dedicated nut-free-only cake pans are used, and other equipment is sterilized prior to baking for nut-free clients. Please note anaphylactic nut or dairy allergies when ordering.
We accommodate vegan needs upon request. Grass-fed beef gelatin is used primarily as an egg-substitute, but flax or chia is used successfully (in most recipes) for our vegan clients.
